The Electoral Commission is pleased to provide some data on the turnout for the election and the number of Proxy Voting applications received.
The Commission will continue to analyse the election data for publication here and in its Election Report to Parliament.

The Draw for the Position on the Ballot Paper has occurred.

The time frame for candidates to withdraw has now passed and the names of the candidates are now available here. http://election.com.nr/candidates/
The draw for the position on the ballot paper will occur on 2 July at noon at Parliament House – upstairs.
All candidates or their representatives are encouraged to attend so that they can participate in the draw.
Assembly should commence at about 11.45 am.
