The Speaker of Parliament has issued the writ for the election commission to hold elections on Saturday, 24 August 2014 to elect a new Parliament.

The following deadlines are now in effect for the election process:

63(2) – all mobile polling stations published on nomination day or as soon as possible after

58 (1)- a candidate can withdraw within 72 hours after the close of nominations.
